Lacertus HIIT offers a new spin on the functional fitness arena. It is a program designed for those that want to gain improved fitness and general physical preparedness, but without the heavy weights. This program is designed using principals and methodology that we at CrossFit Lacertus embrace; including high intensity, functional movements, and results that can be measured quarterly. This program/option is offered during any of our CrossFit classes with alternatives provided for the complex barbell movements used in CrossFit. Training is primarily body-weight with a few dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and plyometric boxes thrown in for fun! All fitness levels welcomed!
