stars“I enjoyed the style of training because Coach Ruck was motivating; I was pushed but he was not overly aggressive. Coach Ruck did a good job letting my group know in advance what to expect for the hour class ahead. I appreciated that he reiterated how to complete each exercise right before having to perform it to help ensure proper execution. Finally, albeit the classes are tough, the group workouts have been fun and productive. I highly recommend!”
