Hi, I’m Laura! I graduated from Longwood University with a degree in Exercise Science and have been a personal trainer for 3 years. After becoming a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, I have made a lifelong dedication to live a healthy lifestyle for not only myself but to also help others along the way.

My favorite movement is the thruster. It is simple, yet sucks so bad.

Best advice for someone starting their fitness journey?

My best advice to someone starting their fitness journey is to not be afraid. If fitness was easy, every one would do it. Don’t be afraid to try new things, ask questions, or push yourself to new limits.
